Tansy is a playful boy with an happy attitude. His build is much like his mother’s with a wide backed, stout stature. Tansy is a horned steer that will be paired with the next bull calf born that will provide a good match for a working miniature Hereford steer team. Tansy will be registered, halter broke and handled along side his team mate. Weaning generally takes place at 6 months old after which they will be available for purchase. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in “all things oxen” whether it be through 4-H or on their own homesteading endeavors. The miniature Herefords are a great balance of strength and mild manners without the huge size.
